This project is another model project built by Zhicai Group in Shanghai, and it was officially put into operation in early 2010. The LED display uses Kerui three-in-one tube, the dot pitch is PH12mm, the screen height is 14.6 meters, the screen width is 11.1 meters, and the total area is 162.5 square meters. The display screen is installed on the outer wall of the Shanghai Raffles Plaza shopping mall building. It uses a number of new technology patents from Zhicai Technology. It has a series of features such as high brightness, high definition, high viewing angle, wide viewing distance, and low energy consumption.

This LED display has a very advantageous geographical location, a huge flow of people, and a wide range of screen audiences. Shanghai Raffles City is located in the city center of Shanghai, close to People's Square and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, close to Shanghai Museum and Shanghai Municipal Government. It is a modern commercial center integrating an 8-story shopping mall and 51-story Class A intelligent office buildings. Raffles City is located in the transportation hub of Puxi and is the intersection of three subway lines.
